An accomplished and results-driven professional engineer with 27+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, delivering, and managing over 100 automation projects within the water sector, with a specialized focus on water resource management. Mr. Rathi is known for his commitment to excellence and a strong ability to lead teams, drive innovation, and enhance operational efficiency across large-scale infrastructure projects.
Founder
Baburao Khapre is a seasoned professional with over 25+ years of expertise in real-time water resource management systems and IT applications. He has played a key role in World Bank-funded e-Governance initiatives for the Tamil Nadu and Madhya Pradesh Water Resource Departments. His leadership in SCADA development, flood forecasting, and smart irrigation systems continues to make a significant impact in the field of water resource management.
Founder
With 21+ years of experience specializing in open channel discharge measurement and canal automation projects, Santosh Raut has contributed extensively to Canal automation systems in India and Africa. Holding a BE in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, Santosh has specialized knowledge in discharge measurement techniques such as ADCP and ADVM. He is also pursuing an MBA to further strengthen his leadership skills and contribute to optimizing water flow systems globally.

Pankaj Jaju brings 27+ years of expertise in project coordination and business development, managing complex projects in various sectors. Holding a diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Pankaj excels at liaising with both government and private sectors, fostering successful collaborations.
